Our Coordination Process
We follow a structured, collaborative process to ensure all disciplines are perfectly aligned.
We combine all discipline models (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) into a single federated model in Navisworks.
Automated and manual clash tests are run to identify all hard, soft, and workflow clashes between services.
Clashes are grouped, prioritized, and documented in detailed reports assigned to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
We facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes, then update and re-validate the model until it's 100% clash-free.
